Zinger Return and Refund Policy

Kindly note, order cancellation or exchange must be written to us within ten days of purchase/delivery. Any cancellation or exchange request after ten days after the order has been delivered is subject to rejection. If the item is in pristine condition and the cancellation approved, a 20% restocking fee is subject to apply. For any return/cancellation, we will only refund 80% of the billing amount.

Conditions to Return

  • Items are eligible for return within 10-days of the order being placed.
  • All products are checked upon arrival. The product must be returned to us in original condition with mandatory tags to get a refund.
  • The customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they don’t like it or the product doesn’t match their needs.
  • If the item is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, Zinger will be liable to reimburse the replacement shipping costs. We hold the right to send a replacement of any item before issuing a refund.

If a product is shipped with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, call the customer care fast or write at We may ask for images to find the best solution for the situation. However, all claims must be submitted to us within 10-days of the order being placed.

Zinger reserves the right to reject returns or refunds made after 10-days of billing. There are conditions applied if the product is not pristine due to damage or negligence use by the customer.

What Doesn’t Include In Manufacturing Defect?

Characteristics that are not referred to as damage or defect are either caused naturally or due to the characteristic of the materials or due to the tolerance if the item is not mass-produced by machine. Manufacturing is not that defects caused by the circumstances which could be controlled by the customer’s side.

Clearance Sale

We don’t accept returns on any imperfect or clearance sale. All sales are closed at imperfect or clearance status.

Custom Orders

Certain types of items are non-refundable such as special orders made on requests. Custom orders/products are exclusively prepared for you to build a better relationship. Since we don’t deal in that particular product, we cannot accept cancellation, exchanges, or return for such products.

Standard Refund Duration

We respect customer’s time and money. Therefore, we strive to issue refunds within 48 business hours of receiving and reviewing your refund request/item. Besides our privacy policies, refunds are returned to the same payment mode (credit card/debit card/Paytm) used to purchase the product.
